Heaven to Earth, I Ching

Making decisions to express your divine nature.

James R. (JR) Wilkinson - Heaven to Earth Foundation

Trust the Change Cycle to harmonize self with environment by matching hexagrams to experienced events.

- As Above, so Below -

To know the sequence of events to unfold opens new opportunities for success to avoid danger.

In this way, we express our true nature, our divine self.

Lesson Three: Weigh Options

Traci was considering divorce and weighing her options.  I worked with her to develop a series of questions.  Read how it unfolded.

Lesson Two: Static Hexagrams

Static hexagrams are primary hexagrams without active lines or are secondary hexagrams that contain inactive lines.  Most authors and students are unaware of the opportunities that static hexagrams present.

Lesson One: Make a Decision, A Practice Example

Life is about making decisions. Whether small daily ones or major changes to life's course, the Heaven to Earth, I Ching approach begins with a question.  Questions represent dilemmas or quests.  Often, the question involves confronting options, which are exclusive and come with different consequences.  This paper describes my process to evaluate options and reach a decision.

The Heaven to Earth Foundation (Foundation) seeks to educate students interested in the history and usage of the I Ching.  The Foundation facilitates discussions about the Change Cycle as the Heaven to Earth interpretation of the I Ching.  Shao Yung (1011-1077) first created what was adapted by James R. (JR) Wilkinson as the Change Cycle for Heaven to Earth, I Ching.  Contact Wilkinson to schedule classes, workshops, retreats, private readings, or other events.  Posters of graphics are also for sale.
