Heaven to Earth Foundation

The Heaven to Earth Foundation (Foundation) seeks to disseminate information regarding the Shao Yung (1011-1077) arrangement of the 64 I Ching hexagrams.  That arrangement was adopted as the Change Cycle by James R. (JR) Wilkinson for the Heaven to Earth interpretation of the I Ching. 

Wilkinson wrote Heaven to Earth, I Ching to explain the Change Cycle and its impact to one of the most ancient manuscripts in the world.  The Foundation is created to publish Heaven to Earth, I Ching as part of its overall mission of public outreach and education.  In this way, general awareness about the I Ching is fostered and the revolutionary techniques of Heaven to Earth is taught. 

In a broader vision, publishing Heaven to Earth, I Ching provides the basis for the formation of discussion groups.  These groups would be opportunities for students to share their personal I Ching experiences with others who share a common interest.  Achieving a sense of community requires both a local and a world wide web presence. 

To support this mission, Wilkinson filed Foundation Articles of Incorporation as an Oregon mutual benefit, non-profit corporation on September 13, 2005.  For Heaven to Earth Foundation contact information click here.

The Foundation can facilitate online and community discussion groups to network students.  This will begin as public awareness grows about the I Ching and the principles of Heaven to Earth, I Ching.  Outreach, education, and publishing efforts help form the Foundation nexus.  Future plans are to establish federal tax-exempt status as 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. 

The ultimate goal of the Foundation is the dissemination of information to educate people about the Change Cycle as a means to perpetuate the I Ching and the Heaven to Earth interpretation.
